Our app provides AI-powered receipt insights using Google's Gemini API. While we strive for accuracy, these insights and summaries are for **informational purposes only**. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of calculations performed by the AI, and you should always verify the Final Total on your receipt before paying or tipping.
Some features are available only through a paid subscription. All billing and subscription management is handled directly through your Apple ID account. You may cancel at any time via your device settings.
LazyTipper is a utility tool designed to assist with tip calculation and etiquette. You are responsible for verifying all amounts before payment. LazyTipper is not responsible for any financial discrepancies, over-tipping, or under-tipping that may occur from using our estimates.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LazyTipper and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall LazyTipper, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. The final payment decision rests solely with you.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
