1. Information We Collect

Location Data: We request access to your device's location to provide country-specific tipping etiquette. This data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers.

Account Information: If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and name to manage your saved history and preferences.

2. AI Processing & Receipt Data (LazyAgent)

When you use the "LazyAgent" AI feature, relevant receipt metadata (such as subtotals, dates, categories, and restaurant names) is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate insights. By using this feature, you acknowledge the following:

Enterprise Privacy: We use the paid Gemini API tier. Under this agreement, Google **does not** use your prompts or responses to train its base models.
Service Provision: This data is processed solely to provide the AI Assistant service.
Data Security: No personally identifiable information (other than what may appear on a specific receipt) is sent to the AI service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to provide functionality:

Firebase (Google): For authentication, database hosting, and cloud storage.
Google Gemini: For AI-powered receipt analysis and chat.
RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchase validation.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and receipt data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the in-app settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
